The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has clearly defined the academic qualifications required to appear in the Central Superior Services (CSS) examination. Here’s a simplified breakdown of the eligibility criteria:
✅ Minimum Academic Requirement
- Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree with second division (Grade “C”) from a recognized Pakistani university.
- Alternatively, an equivalent degree from a foreign university is acceptable, provided it is recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- For foreign degrees, candidates must submit an equivalence certificate issued by HEC.
📅 Degree Completion Deadline
- If a candidate has not received their degree by the cut-off date, they must submit a certificate from the relevant university confirming that:
- All degree requirements have been fulfilled.
- The candidate has passed the final examination on or before the cut-off date.
